The muscle release massage with Stevie with really effective in shifting some knots in some problem areas. The was an emotional release at one point and lots of others that were unexpected but had knock on affects to the known ones.
It’s different from any deep tissue massages I’ve had to brace myself for before, as Stevie noted it only goes as deep as the tissue responds with. Overall, it’s the most effective deep tissue massage I’ve experienced and will be booking again to continue the stress knots were found.
